Thank you for creating a great event for our auction success. This year, we’ve made the process simpler and more fun. You can use the D4$ team to help work out details for your event. They can even do the writeup and find photos to grab attention to your event listing online.
Q. When can I see my event writeup? A. We will give you an opportunity to see it before the auction start date. Q. Can I make changes in my event after it’s available online? A. We discourge any changes. This is one reason the committee wants to work with you. If you have to make changes then we will find a way to help you solve the problem. Q. When do people start bidding? A. Once church lets out on Sunday, January 26, bidders can take out their cellphone or go to one of the carousel stations we’ve set up and place their first bids. Q. What can I do to encourage people to choose your event? A. You can be there on the opening and closing Sundays. In the meantime, talk up your event once it is listed. Q. Once the auction is over, how will I learn the results for my event? A. We will notify you and also the winners. Q. What if a winner can’t make it, what do I do? A. You and the bidder need to work this out. The winner is responsible to find substitutes as there are no refunds.
